• PREMIER SERVICE: A full-service experience that requires very little of your time or attention. You can rely on us to provide material and furnishing selections for your approval and the resources and contractors to complete the project. 
• HYBRID: A mixed effort where we create a plan and assist you as needed with your selections, craftsmen, and installations.
• MINIMAL: We provide the plans and let you run with it! 

You are always welcome to discuss changing your level of service at any time. 

Remodeling projects include floorplans with remodeling notes, 3D renderings, and specs with a shopping list. Plans are delivered digitally in a shared folder that contains subfolders for each category. 

Regular Design services (shopping, consultations, project management) $130/hr. 

Drafting & Rendering services  $180/hr.

New project consultations are invoiced in advance for $260 and payment confirms the appointment. 

Moving forward, we can provide an estimate for further design work based on the scope and details from our consultation. Our design services are billed hourly and invoices are emailed to clients in a timely manner from our office. 

Design services are billable by the hour and include consultations, taking measurements, drafting & rendering floorplans, project management that includes phone calls, texts, emails, and meetings with clients and resources to review plans, discuss strategy and selections, shopping for selections, ordering samples, reviewing product measurements & components for compatibility, communication with workrooms, specialty installers & fabricators to make final selections, preparing for client presentations, and managing project folders.

Complimentary services include administrative tasks with our office for scheduling, price inquiries, placing orders, coordinating deliveries, tracking shipments, and any other questions regarding invoices, orders, and timelines 

 We bill $45/hr. + mileage to travel beyond Wimberley city limits for shopping or consultations.  

There are occasionally fees for reimbursements from costs associated with travel, samples, or other presentation items for the client.

We provide access to Trade-only materials and furnishings for almost anything you can imagine for your home. However, when collaborating with builders we prefer to rely on them to provide many of your building materials.

• As the final merchant on these sales, we are responsible for collecting state sales tax from the client at the point of sale.
• We travel to Markets and diligently maintain our Trade accounts to receive anywhere from 10%-50% off retail. When we sell merchandise, we consistently mark it up 20% from our cost.
• We have a 30% markup on window coverings and building materials because they require more attention and oversight. We typically expect your builder to provide the majority of the building materials we select. 
• A full deposit is required for most purchases, however, custom drapery and specialty craftsmen will occasionally only require partial payment to begin. Upon receipt of the necessary deposit, our office coordinator will place the orders on our client’s behalf.
• Your designer and the office coordinator will arrange for delivery and installation of the items we are providing and pass along any associated delivery fees to the client.  

We rely on these markups to support our sourcing efforts and provide a modest margin of profit to support the administration and management of our client’s physical goods. This model allows us to only charge our clients hourly for actual design services like shopping and communications regarding strategy, selection details, layout, resources and drafting, not administrative discussions or processes.
